This notice covers this website, www.estherfundsfoundation.org. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What this website collects

This website does not ask you to create an account, sign in, or fill in a form. It does not use advertising trackers and does not sell information about you.

If you dismiss an announcement, your browser remembers that on your device so it doesn’t show you the same one again. It is never sent to us.
Like every website, the servers that deliver these pages (our host, Vercel) process basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and keep it secure.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
If you email us, we use your message and address to reply to you.

When you follow a link to another EFF site or service

This website is the front door to the EFF family. When you apply for aid, sign in to MyEFF, request help or give, you are using a different site or service, and the information you share there is handled by that site: MyEFF, the EFF Student Portal, REACH, Givebutter for donations, and others. Each explains what it collects when you use it.

Students

We will never publish a student’s name, photograph or story on this website without it having been shared publicly by EFF or approved for the website. If you see something about yourself here that you want changed or removed, write to us and we will act on it.

Children

This website is written for college students, families, supporters and partners. It does not knowingly collect information from children.

Other policies

Chapter policies, the member code of conduct and the EFF Bylaws apply to members and are shared with them in MyEFF. They are kept separate from this notice on purpose.
